Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for a 20 minute brisk walk followed by a no impact, total body strength and core workout with stability balls, resistance bands, weights and hoops!
This program is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and all ages including seniors.
Get moving 3 times a week, meet new people and have fun!
Preschool children are welcome but please let us know in advance how many children you will be bringing.
